Terms and Conditions for Tunnel Ghost VPN
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Tunnel Ghost VPN service ("Service") provided by Tunnel Ghost. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers.
- Engaging in any activity that violates the rights of any person or entity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment
If you purchase a paid subscription to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription. Fees are non-refundable and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription. You are responsible for all taxes associated with the use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all content and materials included in the Service, such as software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Tunnel Ghost or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not use the Service or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tunnel Ghost does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will Tunnel Ghost be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunnel Ghost, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
Changes to this Agreement
Tunnel Ghost may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Termination
Tunnel Ghost may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete all copies of the software from your device.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
